The feedback is that once you put it on, you press the button, it works! There’s not much maintenance, it’s a game you can just start, it’s got fast through-put, multiple people can play, it’s not complicated, it’s very easy to understand, customers receive it well.
It’s important our products have longevity, and TriggerTrac was an easy retrofit to replace the Race Track which was a problem area in our park, needing fixing often and being closed off most of the time. It’s gone from the least, to the most popular area in Safari Play Milton Keynes.
