We are a passionate group of individuals from the South West of England dedicated to creating, making and building interactive, cutting-edge products that bring excitement and energy to the trampoline, soft play and FEC markets across the globe!

Sales & Marketing
Robin is a Geography and Marine Science graduate who grew up in Cornwall before crossing the Tamar river and moving into Devon. In his spare time Robin enjoys anything remotely sporty and has a passion for coaching his favourite sport of Rowing.
Ray has his degree in marketing, sports & finance and used to be an entrepreneur before starting to work for Rugged Interactive. He loves to be outdoors, whether it’s kitesurfing on the beach or skiing in the mountains with his kids and wife. Meeting new people and hearing their story makes life interesting, that’s why he loves to travel.
Sam studied Business Management in Manchester before settling back home in Bristol. He loves travelling the world (the perfect person to be our US Sales Executive!) and can often be found exploring South East Asia outside of work. As a lifelong Liverpool fan, it makes working alongside Manchester United & Everton supporters particularly interesting.
Lucy is a MSc Sport and Health Science graduate from the University of Exeter. A seasoned county badminton player (it’s faster than you think), with a passion for all things ‘sport’ and a minor obsession for all things ‘Olympics’.
Cath graduated from Swansea University with a BA in English Literature and American Studies. She spent seven years living and working in Singapore and is now settled back in the UK, enjoying the challenge of fixing up a house with 'huge potential' with her husband, three daughters and two cats.
Hayley is a qualified Dance Teacher and enjoys spending time in the gym lifting weights and doing HIIT classes. She also has a passion for making candles and spending quality time with her family.
Grace is an MA Creative Enterprise graduate with a background in marketing, caregiving, SEN teaching support, and customer-facing roles. She loves all things creative, from copywriting and problem-solving, to painting and drawing, and is passionate about inclusive health and wellbeing. You can find her exploring Bristol with friends, making art, solo traveling, and spending time with family.
